Leslie Mann (born March 26, 1972) is an American actress. Mann was born in San Francisco, California, and began her career at the age of 17, with appearances in television commercials. From a field of 500 candidates, Mann was chosen from an open audition for a role in The Cable Guy (1996). She has starred in films such as George of the Jungle, Big Daddy, The 40 Year-Old Virgin and Knocked Up.
